I just turned 30, yay! I'm a stay at home mom, my little girl is Sofia Penelope and she loves helping me with my projects. I've been painting and fixing things up my whole life, I just never realized that its what I should be doing, all the time. So I went to school, got married, had a baby, finished school with a B.A in Anthropology.
That was three years ago. But a little over a year ago during one of my typical vintage sprees it occurred to me how much I love vintage. And since then I've been down this road, with no clear idea of where it will lead but knowing with full assurance thats it's where I need to be. Now I sell vintage, design, love d.i.y projects and take on anything that keeps my hands going.
I've taken costume design courses, sewing courses, interned with costume/wardrobe departments on a tv and film production and have learned to just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Never doubt yourself, which I did for too long. I have an Etsy shop and love sharing my ideas and projects with people.
